$250 bucks and I don't know what to do...

wow! I just look on SLP site. $329 for bolt ons from SLP. I am sure I paid alot less (250 or so) from one of the sponsors.

I have the Bmr tubular SFC they are great. The ones I have are the weld on ones not too bad to install and man did they stiffing things up a bunch. BTW I have no T-tops.

JLRZ28 - Does T-Tops really make a difference? If F-bodys had a steel roof, like a 1st gen, I would say yes. Had a friend lose his Z28 in a garage fire. Car was outside garage, but the heat melted the front end and roof. Looking at the pictures, the roof looked just like mine, when I have the T-Tops removed.

There was a "beam" down the center of where the roof was. It had the same shape as my T-top roof. I could not tell from the pictures if there were beams running along where the side glass meets the roof panel.

But anyway, definitely go with good SFCs. It should be the first step defore any other. It was for me

or you could lower it and do the !4x4 mod!!....that i wish i could do , i have to tweak my exhaust a little before that point lol

for about 50 bucks more you can always find a used ls6 intake for about 300 bucks shipped.. other options incude throttle body, pulley, ory(assuming you dont have one), or used programmer of some sort.

crank pulley and a ported t-body. That should be around $250, and give you about 2 tenths at the track.

It doenst matter about the t-tops. I would think that if you did have t-tops and put on SFC then your car would gain alot more regitity than a car w/o t-tops with SFC.

Hotckis lowering springs from MTI are only $219.00.
I have the BMR weld-ins on my vert as well. Need any pics let me know.
