i had to get mine pulled when i got into the military...i actually had a very extensive surgury, b/c i had 14 extra teeth!!! all my teeth are strait too so i never knew it, but i had a extra row of teeth on my bottom jaw...like i lost my baby teeth, and had "what i though" was my permanent teeth grow in, but actually i had another set down there...like some kinda freak humanoid shark guy or something...anyhow, it sucked and i was on some serious pain killers!

Mine sucked..I lost about 10 lbs. that week. But I got the good old IV, so I didn't know a thing until I got home. Stayed doped up for a few days. All kinds of little food particles will get in those holes too..that sucks.

I had mine done on march 3rd, they were alright, I didnt need to fill the prescription of pain meds just 2 IB profen every 4 hours for swelling and pain. I only had the left side done because they were impacted and hurting so I was eating normal food next day but the right side will be done by the military later.

I had mine pulled in December. The best part were the pain killers! It really wasn't that bad to be honest with you. My doc gave me a prescip. nausea med for all the blood that went into my stomach and the pain killers that I took with out food.

Welcome to the club! I got mine taken out about 6 years ago and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I bled for about 8-10 hours after. The pain killers (vicodin) was the best part.
