Im still looking for headers in the DFW area. I dont care if they have surface rust so longs as their in good structural condition and for the right price.

Get coated, they'll last longer. TSP has a special 580 shipped with ORY-pipe. Some friends of mine put them on mine yesterday and they slipped in pretty simple. I haven't gunned it yet because well, I'm sort of afraid to. Sound is awesome though

The ceramic Pacesetters turned out to be $350, the painted are only $250.
I have talked to some people about the ceramic pacesetters and the coating appearantly doesnt stand the test of time. So i figure ill just get black and maybe paint them with 1200 degree high temp paint. They will probably still rust but i bet it would be many years down the road before they actually rusted through.
I have heard of people getting Macs and y-pipe for $100-$150, but i dont know if im patient enough to wait it out.

i'd get the ceramic pacesetters. they shouldn't rust too quickly down here in texas....the wet season is coming and you should know it'll rust up plain black headers with a quickness.
