Everytime I see the truck its driven through the gates at Dale....So yes its a street car if you ask me.

How come I've never heard of this 454ss? I come down to Dallas often and there are a few other 454ss' that meet up at the track and race. How do I get ahold of this guy. What are the specs on his motor, tranny, suspension, etc.?

He doesnt even own a computer,it has a stock block and crank, i dont know the specs on the rest of the rotating assembly off hand, just that its forged. Edelbrock Aluminum heads Oval port I beleive. Victor intake 900 cfm demon and a single stage plate @ 200. 4k stall turbo 400 tranny. Lake wood bars, and the truck is lowered quite a bit. Other than that is pretty much stock. LOL

I think the moral of the story here is: be very careful if you pick on an SS454 pickup, he may embarrass you greatly.

Well I'd really like to meet this guy and talk truck. Let me know when he gets his truck back up and running and I'll try and come down from Wichita Falls to Kennedale to meet up for some racing.

Kennedale is off of business 287 and I-20, west of Dallas.

I'd love to race some other street trucks but I'm coming down to watch a friend's F-body.

Bowling Green, KY.

It's about a 12 hour drive from Dallas. It'd be awsome if you guys came, lots of trucks.
