Take off the password. Set the password to nothing and one user.

1) Go to Start -> Run
2) Type control userpasswords2, then click OK
3) Go to the Advanced tab
4) Uncheck Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete
That should take care of it, unless you are on a domain (which it doesn't sound like you are).

Are you talking about the Ctrl + Alt + Delete login, or the welcome screen (the one with all the users listed, and you click on the one you want)? If you're talking about the welcome screen, then go to the control panel and into user accounts, then click on change the way users log on and off, and uncheck use the welcome screen.

I like having to use the login screen with my password. That way I know nobody else can get on my computer without the password. I do it strictly for a security measure, and to make sure no one else screws up my computer but me, lol.
