Default Looking for suggestions...

... I'm looking to get around 450 HP to the wheels. How do you guy's think I should go about it? Cam, heads, and intake? Supercharger? Turbo? NOS? A combination of the above? Why 450 HP you ask? Why not? I still want to be able to cruise around town with no problems, but at the same time I don't want to get spanked by everything out there.... Maybe somebody could give me an idea of a better HP / FPT goal for my needs? I'm all ears..er.... eyes I should say.

please do not ever say NOS again! when i hear that its like nails on a chalkboard.. say nitrous. however to tell you the truth its going to take a lot of $$$ figure a good lt1 355 forged motor will cost you about 4k$.. heads about 1500$ . fuel and ignition system 1000$ plus.. theres a bit more im missing but you get the idea. if your serious then do it cause anyone can talk like they can build a fast car . till it comes time to come up with the cash.

First off, sorry... NITROUS... that better? Anyway, of course I'm serious, I wouldn't be asking about it if I weren't, you mean to tell me there are people out there who talk like they are going to do something, and then don't? I'm not saying it isn't going to take TIME though... My birthday comes around in Sept., I will probably get myself a cam then, heads maybe? I have to decide, but after that I'm going to have to wait until income tax rolls back around. Bills suck! Ah well, time it will take me, but I WILL get it done. I found some 210cc LT4 heads that I was told would be good to put on my LT1.... this true? If so, I also found a supercharger that is only about 500 bucks more than those heads..... I wonder...
