Dont worry, race gas will go up to.
By the way, if you run that race gas, say goodbye to your cats and o2 sensors. Not to mention it wont burn as efficiently as 87-93 octane, so youll get worse gas milage, and less power.

Today when I was doing a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) I watched one of the guys that works at this Conoco, where my dealer always pumps it gas, go out there and put plastic bags over every 87 PUMP just so that everyone would pump the more expensive stuff. He did this while it was really busy around 7:00PM, all the pumps where being used and as soon as one car left he would go and put the bag. I heard from a reliable source that this same particular gas station (ARAB owned) puts the same octane in all its pumps. The weird thing is that, when they finished putting the 87 pumps "out of order" like 4 people tried to pump gas using the other octanes and the machines didnt want to pump right away...like he had to manually mess with the pumps on the inside.
