What type of parts do you have in yours? The same as above link?
If the flywheel has not been turned or resurfaced, and you have an adjustable master, you should not need more than one shim if ANY behind the slave. Your problem is else where. Bring it in and I will find it.

His post doesn't even make sense. You don't push the pedal in to make the clutch grab. You push it in to make it release so you can shift. You let the pedal up so the clutch grabs. So which is the problem?
when i did my RAM powergrip install i had the same problem where it wouldnt disengage all the way. I installed an adjustabme master cylinder and it worked perfectly. Maybe you can try moving the adjustable MC around a little because that would seem to be the only problem.
Hey, it sounds like the problem your having is the flywheel was turned and it moved it further away from the slave cylinder. Need to find out how much was machined off and install a shim behind the flywheel. I work at a trans shop and when we machine flywheels we keep track of how much is machined off and make up the diffrence w/ correct shim. The auto parts stores usually carry em. Good luck.
