Texas vs OSU predictions
I think that OSU will handle the Longhorns on Sat night. It will be close but the Buckeyes defense will get it done. The Big 12 isn't used to playing hard-nosed defense like the Big 10 does.
I have a friend working on getting me a couple tickets. If everything goes right I'll be in the stadium rooting for Texas.
I live in Columbus but Michigan is my team.Nothing would make me happier than to see the Bucks lose early in the season.
OSU 24 Texas 17
BTW a bar on campus is selling Longhorn sandwiches.

And the Big Ten is not used to seeing Vince or S Young..... Horns 24-10 ..... Both Youngs break 100 yards rushing. I have a feeling people will know Selvin Youngs name as well before this year is over.

i think we are going to come in early and shut down their mediocre offense... they do not have any really "stand out players" to me.
now their defense is def. very fast, and tough, but, i dont think they can handle our back field. We have one of the best O lines, and we have V.Y., Selvin, Melton, Jamaal Charles, AND Ramance(sp) Taylor..... also, Dave thomas, #16(cant hink of his name) so our catching game is covered too...
26 to 7 (missing two field goals)
Hook'em baby

He's right on with this guess. its going to to be a very close game, its like the A&M/Clemson game, very close point spread. to close to call.
g'luck to texas on this one.

right now OSU is (-1), i assume that the line will continue to change up to gametime, i will probably take the underdog with the points if it's 3, any less and i'll take the moneyline
I'd rather see UT take it, even though i'm an aggie fan...so Hook Em.

The best player on the field will be a buckeye. Ted Ginn, Jr will be the most dangerous, explosive offensive player on the field, for either team.
I will be rooting for the Horns.

Gig 'em; I am an Aggie all the way. After watching my team blow their game with Clemson I am not going to be biased in my prediction. If the Buckeyes can control Vince Young they will win. When I say control I mean that if they force him to be a single threat quarterback and, not let him run all over the place: CONTROL him, good tackling, team tackles force him to throw. Then I have no doubt that the Buckeyes will win. If you look at the Rose Bowl last year they did a good job of containing him until late in the third and all of the fourth quarter. I believe Ohio State will score but, they must play hard defense all 4 quarters. Make Vince Young a single threat. The Bucks also have HOME field advantage. They also have play makers of their own. Not to take anything away from TU they are a good team and have just as many weapons as OSU or USC but I watch Big Twelve football all the time and we have all seen Texas get rattled and when they do they are just as beatable as any other team. Ohio State must take advantage of any mistake. It will be close though very close I think....
