Default Camaro with truck brush guard

Driving through downtown today I saw an NBM Z28 with a truck brush guard on the front. I didn't get a good look at how it was attached. If I was in my car I would have chased her down to get a better look. Here's a photoshop to give you a better idea of how it looked. Has anybody seen this uglyness?

We were headed North bound on Beltway 8 and my wife claims to have seen a nbm camaro with a brushgaurd. i thought she was seeing things.. I guess not. The poor guy is probably traumatized from hitting a dear or something.

Yep, I've seen it on Highway 6 at I10 in the mornings before (although, it was a long time ago). I guess that means it's not a temporary joke. From a dead straight on view, it actually lines up with headlights and looks like it "fits", but from the side it is WAY infront of the car. From what I remember, I think it mounted under the front bumper, b/c I remember thinking it hung down pretty low. I didn't notice any mounts through the bumper though.

Dude, I've seen that guy a few times along hwy 6 or on 529 by hwy 6.

I couldn't believe it the first time I saw him, the whole thing was even bent back a few degrees...and if I recall correctly it was the same guard that they use on the avalanche.

I've seen worse, when I was in Europe I saw a smart car towing something.

I'd never seen one of these before I went so here's a pic for reference:
