ya im already out, and im going to wait to see what my insurance can do, and then maybe take her to small claims, by the way joker, im in dallas
)and the 'judgment' is paid by the show... so no one loses actually.

Sorry, I just saw this thread title and had to read...funny thread, sucks for you though. Everything sounds like you handled it right so far (BTW it's subrogation that the ins. company is taking her to and her and her big pops will be scared shitless without a strong argument once they get there). Congrats on getting away from the *****, it's just waiting now. Good luck.

wait until really late at night some night (pretty far into the future, for deniability's sake), and carefully jack up her car just enough to get under it and take the oil drain plug out (without setting off her alarm), and obviously carry an oil catch container so you don't make a mess everywhere and give away the surprise.
then laugh your *** off when her car is being towed to the dealership for a new engine!!!
