Thanks!!! The house I'm building will have the exact same exterior features and 35k in upgrades inside (not including all built in SS appliances) so it will look just as nice on the inside....

Lookin' good. I like that piece of land you have the house on. Seems real peaceful and away from other people. Like those subdivisions where your neighbors 3 feet from you .

Yeah, the property is located in the Woodlands area a few miles north. It is in a very wooded gated community 1-5 acre tracks with all utilities/fiber optics underground. I'm about 5 miles from Pappa's Ice house on lake Conroe.


Where is the best place to buy grass? I need about 60+ pallet's

Back yard.......

Can't help you on the pallets but man, that backyard looks crazy. I can't imagine trying to cut the grass with all those trees there .

It won't be too bad with a riding mower, a few hours I suppose or I will just have it done weekly...
