Default A few pics of our new Home!!!

This is the exact plan we have decided to go with. The stucco color will be a bit darker and the roof will be a 40 yr shingle or clay. The total sqf. is 3920 which is the total house area, living area of 2700 sqf. and with a 3 car garage. We will start construction In mid Jan and said to close in April. My wife and I are getting excited with the whole deal. I just could not see us living right next to another home 10 ft away (jumping from roof to roof) in a sub division, been their done that and did not have any privacy. The house is 85' wide which we will have 45 feet on both sides off the property line and the house will be located 125' off the road. The pool will come later!!!!! Can't wait now, the construction loan is approved and off we go!!!!

Thanks, it was like I shock when I seen it in brick which was the first one done and it was a really nice design. I just wanted something a bit more modern style and with stucco and being a custom home, you can change just about anything you want (non structual). and it would be o.k. This style home ranges in the 300's + property just to give you an idea. Custom does cost a few penny's more, but its worth it to me IMHO.

Nice design Jeff, who is the builder?

My next house will have 2-3 acres and a BIG shop. No more tiny 3-car garages for me, I need room to grow

Probably move out of this new one in another 3 years or so.

What part of town are you building in?
