The property is located between the Woodlands and Conroe, 10 min north from the mall. and 2 miles from Papa's Ice House. The area is called "Crown Oaks" and all the utilities are underground. Tyler Custom Homes TYLER HOMES is the builder and the actual builder lives on a 5 acres (6500 sqf home) in the same area. It has security gates which was a plus!!!!. Min size req. is 2700 sqf.

Very nice Jeff! I'm with ya on the "space" thing. My house sits on .55 acre so I don't look out my bathroom window and see my neighbor staring back at me. Got a nice bit of "standoff" distance on all sides. Can't stand the new subdivisions that have a one lawnmower wide strip of grass between you and the house next door.
I promise not to spill too much beer on your new carpet when I come down for the housewarming.

Thanks for you're comments once again, According to our builder, it is an upgrade from brick to use stucco, it looks nicer, and his contractor garantees his work so im not really worried about losing on this deal. Hell, 50% of the homes in the area (Stucco) range from 800k to well over a cool million so home values in the area is not a concern. Taxes are!!!!!

Congrats by the way!

And they guy who thinks brick is more highly valued than stone or stucco apparently hasn't been shopping homes very much. All of your high-dollar homes are stucco and stone (or a combination of all three, like ours). Now there are builders who do cheap stucco work, in which case it can devalue a home. This is not the case with customs and I researched Ashton Woods to make sure they did it right, too.
It's in the Nortlake Forest Estates section of Northlake Forest near Huffmeister and Spring Cypress (Cy-Fair). It has 3266 sq. ft. of living space on a 17K sq. ft. lot. It's a 1 1/2 story plan. Here is how it sits as of yesterday:

That's very nice Vince, I'm sure you have been keeping up with the photo's from start to finish. That's always fun to look back after several years go by and show to you're friends. Like all projects we start and finish, this is the best one besides our car's!!!!!
