Default Track times from 2 weeks ago

I only got to run twice, and I didnt get what I expected. I ran a 12.4@109 with a 1.7 60'. Am I doing something wrong? It seems like the car should be faster. I was expecting closer to a 12.2. Oh I ran at HRP 2 weeks ago. ANy suggestions?

You should be in the 11s easy. Try to do a better burnout, or launch a little harder. As long as you get a low 1.7 to 1.6 60' you should be good.

I have the et street dr's and I dead hooked. It seemed like on that run that once I got off the line that the car just wasnt aggresive. The shifts seemed slow and the car didnt seem to accelerate like it should have. The second run seemed better, but I spun the tires off the line. Anybody know what could have made the car not run up to its potential?

Brandon

Thats what I was thinking, Bigger stall, I have buddy's with 4000 on their cars and they just haul. Mines a 6 speed. I make more HP but they have me on torque.

Ok well what tire pressure are you at? That make some difference on tires, Also are you stalling the car? With that you sould be seeing high 11's with a good 60 ft 1.6's Just play with the tire pressure. Also you could do some weight reduction and with that set up you have currently, easy 11's.

It's because of your stall. It's not big enough. I bet with that cam, you start to make most of your power well above 3200....i.e. get a bigger stall
