UPDATE
just pulled off the valve cover again and double checked my springs on cylinder 3.....also took off the rockers and pulled out the pushrods....nothing wrong there....now the only things i can do is replace the o2 sensor....and do a compression test.....last time my o2 sensor went out i had multiple misfires though.....itd be wierd if it was just a sensor....im really hoping it is....

Did you also test the other cylinders for compression as well? You could swap the entire coil packs over, its free and might suprise you. Good luck with whatever you have to do.

Sorry to hear about that. Try calling around to some of our sponsors and see if they can cut you a deal. I've been to G-Force several times and they've always taken care of me. They're not too far from Pasadena.

G-Force, HPE, both good shops. HPE has great prices on forged 347s.

Otherwise, just have them tear into it, and do a stock rebuild if it needs it. Cheaper, if you can't afford a full forged setup.
