Fireworks question...
5 packs of the old steel stem sparklers taped together with electrical tape. Loud enough to blow the windows out of an Excursion 200ft away.(Also loud enough for the cops to be called.)
DAMN, that was exactly what i was giong to say! Those are the best fun ever, and cheap as hell to make. Good luck finding the sparlkers though, they are about impossible to find now.
I had a crazy dream about loud fireworks...This one blew up my "Mansion" for the second time...
crazy dreams I suppose....But the walls where ment to fall when there was a big explosion to protect the rest of the house and you could fix the house in a few minutes....now then, the firework looked like a giant trashbag, thats all remember

it was home made and farmers use them. dont remember what they call them but they are about an inch and a half long and is 1/2" -3/4" in dia. the dude told us it was equivalent to like a 1/4 stick of dynomite. i know they were illegal though and had a minute long fuse.

And how would you light this "sparkler bomb" Need more info on this. I got like 20 packs left from New Years. I feel the kid coming out in me again.....
Loudest fireworks I've heard would either be the MILES BFA on the M1A2, its half a stick of dynamite, and when you have a platoon all directing fire at the same time.....that **** is loud. Especially when you're in the loaders hatch. 
Or, when I was @ JRTC and an EOD guy detonated charges near my tank. It was a small charge, but still fawking loud.
None of those compare to the rush when the Abrams fires its 120mm main gun tho. But I don't really even consider that even a military firework, lol.

I've done this many a times in mexico you put them in the mailboxes and BOOM but thats illegal let me expand on this you grab a 20 ounce soda bottle fill the thing up a little bit w/ pieces of aluminum squished up then you fold the bottle in half, this works better w/ two people though, then you fill the bottle thats folded w/ acidyou put the lid on it unfold it shake it then BOOOOOOM hehehe Last edited by LS1 GG; Jan 3, 2006 at 02:27 PM. When I was younger, I watched a member here, who will remain anonymous ( Edga!), Drop a few ounces of Unique gun powder in some gallon milk jugs...put the cap on, poke a hole in the side with the tip of an oxy/Acetyline rig..fill those jugs up with gas, then stuff the hole with paper to seal it...then... you guessed it...light that **** on fire and RUN. I don't know what you call it...but it definately made ALL the firework action stop in the surrounding area for 15-20 minutes. Probably had some authorities rolling too.
