Default How Much Did You Pay to Paint your Trans Am??

my paint looks like

Where did you get your car painted and how much... I talked to one of my clients today... 3k to 3500 to repaint my TA..... I dont want a Maaco type job.. but I dont want to break the bank!

I would love to get purple metalic flames on the front... but a regular paint job will do....

Look at it this way... pay maaco $300 for a paint job that last 2 year's and have it painted a different color every couple of years.

$3k Better be a damn good paint job.

I hade my 79 corvette painted for $1200 at Lonestar collision and looked great. Silver with dark blue strips.

Hey man I have a buddy that is a paint guy, let me talk to him and see if he has the side time to do anything. He does great work, flames, air brushing and sharte like that. He will be doing mine when I get it back and has got some awesome plans it just depends on my paint budget. He is in Burleson so fairly close to you.

I'm also thinking about painting my TA. It's white right now, i wanna go with the bad *** rare Medium blue metallic that like 200 TA's came in, or Navy blue metallic.

Yah, well, I kinda caught it "before it woke up in the morning". She was a bit rough at the time.

Here's one that I took in the same batch. Did he ever get it running?

That is a 20k paint job!!! And yes the car runs. It sounds badass It is still sitting up at RPM. Keith has to finish up the gages, and then they can tune it! Then the car will be finished
