Finally purchased our new German Coffee Maker..PICS!
...I guess all of the dedication and determination is finally paying off!
Buying this machine has been our motivation for the past 3 months so my little brother and I finally sealed the deal yesterday in Chicago... This is a NEW DMG 70H Horizontal Machining Center which is the first one purchased in Texas by our company. TRD uses this machine for all of their cylinder head machining as well as other prime German car manufacturers...Don't ask price because you don't want to know...Ha Ha!! Plans are in the works for machining our own custom line of rims if everything goes well. Can't wait till it finally arrives late this month! 18,000RPM sounds pretty cool with a milling bit on the spindle of this thing!
Funny thing is, we are already thinking about ordering one more late this year due to delivery dates and workload....and NO...It doesn't make coffee..

Thanks for all of the kind words guys.
The bottom line for machining parts on this machine is "quantity". We can machine heads, wheels, etc., but if there is not a large enough market or quantities for the additional products, there will be very little return on this investment. Any additional products, other than the wellhead valves we will be machining with this machine, will have to be researched thoroughly by BVI before any production is set in progress.
On the other hand, if anyone feels that they might have a product to be machined in quantities, we are open for business proposals!

Nice, and congrats to the Kallergis family... I'll be buy to check out the new machine once it is installed.(Bringing a 40oz for all) By the way I'm still on the payroll as "THE MASTA BLASTA", maybe its time to step up the pimp game and become the "CNC MASTA PROGRAMA".
