Default Hard top Vs. T-top

So i'm looking at a hardtop car but i've always rode in T-top cars and always had t-top cars. Has anyone gone hardtop thinking thats what they wanted, and kicked themselves in the *** daily for not buying a t-top car? Anyone happier with their hardtop? I know when i had one of my t-top cars, a top flew off at 60mph, that sucks, they leaked and all but they were GREAT on a sunny day!

any input is good input.

I have t-tops and I love them. Driven in many hardtops just doesnt feel right for me. I have no leaks at all and are doing great.

Depends on where you are located I have had T-tops and loved them, but only took the off once or twice a year as here in Houston there are not a lot of days I want to ride around without the A/C on because of our humidity etc... A couple of months during fall and spring well even winter here are good T-top days I bought a Hard top this time and don't miss the T-tops for me although they can be nice.

I love my hardtop but no doubt about it i get jealous of my friends who have t-tops on those beautiful days. So i would just say get one of each!

Either one is fine with me. Both of my cars have t-tops, but hardly use them. Like Jeff (Inspector12) said, only a few days a year in Houston that you can take them off.
But I do take the shades out in the winter, cool view.

Peace,
Craig.

Hardtop here. My current car is a z06 so no tops, and my last car was a hardtop SS. I like the lines better of hardtop cars. Hardtop gets my vote, especially in Houston weather.

I had alot of leaks on my 3rd gen with t-tops so that scared me off and into a hardtop this time, I would get t-tops if I had it to do over again, the pain fo leaks were greatly outweighed by the pleasure of removing the T-TOPS!!

don't have a leak that would make me go to a hard top and never lost one going down the road, not sure how that happens so much. i like hot weather so mine are off quiet often in the summer, helps me keep a decent tan

Had a 95 hardtop Z, now have a 98 T/A T-tops, I like the lines of a body-color hardtop over t-tops or vert.

Plus hardtops don't leak, but looking at the ceiling and seeing where the t-tops should have been on a hardtop made me think of t-tops all the time.

I have a hard top Trans Am, would rather have T-tops just to have them, always liked them.
