I have seen several z06 cam cars making above 360rwhp all the way to 390 rwhp. Hell Crager's Trans Am has stock manifolds and makes 36X rwhp.

Yup, my T/A only has a lid, Borla (closed up), and ZO6 cam with tuning and it did 360rwhp. I still have the stock exhaust manifolds, stock cats (untouched), and stock y-pipe.
