Modded cars banned in California

Oh My God.. 80% was an obvious exageration retard even a child would find the sarcasm in it. Since you missed that minor detail I'll help you out with the main point. The point was that Texas has more enrolled men/women than any other single state.
If I'm wrong I'm wrong, but I think we both know I'm right.
Cheers,

funny, either way you have ZERO facts to support that 80% of the military is composed from texas OR that Texas composes a majority be it whatever percentage
keep searching and modifying prior statements, either way you have no support for your idiotic chest-pounding dribble...

Aha.
From this article ("Who Bears the Burden? Demographic Characteristics of U.S. Military Recruits"), a bit over halfway down the page.
Recruitment statistics for all of the states: http://www.heritage.org/Research/Nat...m&PageID=85119
9.9% of them are from Texas.
10.9% of them are from California.
California has a lower relative ratio than Texas since they have more of the 18-24 population, but they do have a higher amount of the overall recruits than Texas does.

The South is overrepresented among military recruits. It provided 42.2 percent of 1999 recruits and 41.0 percent of 2003 recruits but contained just 35.6 percent of the population ages 18–24. However, other regions also provide a higher proportion of enlistees. The states with the highest enlistment proportional ratings by far are Montana (1.67), Alaska (1.42), Wyoming (1.40), and Maine (1.39). (A proportional rating of 1.00 means that a state's enlistee and general populations ages 18–24 are exactly proportional to their respective national populations.)

I love Texas, but the "Texas is the only place worth living on earth" attitude is what gives Texans a bad reputation.

Yeah, I really hate people that think that New York is the greatest place ever, . They have their opinions, I have mine. Hell, I hate the city of Austin. There is a fatality on the highway everytime I drive through there and liberal ********* cover the place. However I think the hippy part goes without saying since the capital is there and they have a place to feel like their bitching is productive. **** that state.
