*******! What you do to the neighbor is lightly slice the tires. So when they get on the express way they have a blow out. You should of asked him for a warning. Tell them your too busy for the news. Didn't realize that it had come to that.

I agree that in times like these the whole "ignorance is no excuse" thing is crap. Everyone should get a warning the first time.

This happened in Plano a few years ago, and a neighbor of my parents got a ticket because they were out of town and their sprinkler system was still running. They were gone for a week, and three days after the restrictions were in place they received a $2,000 ticket. They had to pay it.

Bullshit, imo.

turn his water on and snap off the handle. let him deal with the water bill. do it in the middle of the night to make it look like someone stealing water.

or buy a inflatable pool an in the middle of the night set it up in his front yard and fill it up, and call the cops first thing in the morning. and if that doesnt work, bust his windows.

you 100% know it was him? If so, I agree with the turn on his water, preferably on the side of the house where he cant see it, then call the police. Get him back. Do it twice to get him back double

LET US KNOW!
