Well also, that makes it even crazier... the owner of the Pewter TA, his brother died in a street racing crash that was about 7 years ago. Red C5 wrecked on the highway. Definitely bad karma with that. I will let you know what is going on with more info if I run into him.

Actually, if you are by yourself it is considered racing against the clock and is the same punishment as racing against someone.

cruise doesnt really mean race. if there is a video of it, then thats probably why they were racing. ppl sometimes mess with each other when they cruise, but my favorite part about cruises is driving with the traffic with a big line of loud, badass cars. thats cooler than a bunch of loud, badass cars blowing by you imo. and yes, cops DO try to **** you over. some places they do and some places they dont. lots of cops can be dicks. a friend of my dads doesnt have a camera in his car and he always tell us about the horrible **** he does to ppl. before i had the TA i got pulled over in my buick for failing to signal a lane change, when in fact i had my blinker on. what really pissed me off is that before he even ran my license he asked me to get out of the car and searched me and everything. for "faling to signal a lane change."

wow you guys are going back and forth because of ArchOverseers post LOL obviously SlowTA didn't read it, or at least not correctly Here is the orginal quote that for some reason set you guys off

When I "Cruise" I am normally just out driving it around town on a Fri/Sat, but since We do drive "race" cars you will be automatically labled a racer, and I'm sure more watched then the volvo next to you.. I think that is what ArchOverseer was implying

kinda found out what happened..
the integra wasnt even in the race from what i herd, a guy not shown in the vid had a red 99 FRC vette and he was racing the t/a. The vette had a front tire blow out at @80 he lost control hit the curb and i guess the t/a trying to miss him lost control also. from what i herd there were two 5.0s that were there but left the scene...dunno if its all true but thats what i was told. and i think it was somewhere around 249 by the beltway headed south

just another reason to not street race

Thats actually true, you can be on a back road and ripping on it and get the ticket, the law leaves a lot up to the officer.
