Sounds like a wise decision . I, too, recently "downgraded" my Z28 for a C5. ~100rwhp less, but it has power brakes, steering, and even an A/C . I needed a reliable car and furniture more than a slow race car.

Yes sir it was, I miss the car but I don't miss the liability. All told I sold the car for around 40k and it was fully paid for.....insurace would have given me maybe 22 for it. So everytime I drove that car I was rolling the dice with 19k as it turns out. Big problem that I solved.
