04 Silver MTI vet at westside chevrolet....
I remember seeing something about this vet. I stopped by this morning and saw it. the guy paused when he started to tell me how much HP it put down. He then said it's 475. They want 41K for it. I guess tehe last guy who wanted it could not get it financed or something.....
I also looked at a black 97 vet they have in the back (only 76K miles on it). They are sending it to auction. So I asked to see it and look at it . Not a bad 97. It does have a couple of issues but nothing to major that I could see. I asked how much...... I figured they would come in at 12Kish. They said 22K!!!! I said what?!?!?! No way. He then started to tell me they bid high on it when they took it in bla bla bla....

Tiago, this car did have some problems it was not your typical emaculate vette with 76K miles on it (hence getting rid of t at auction). I saw a number of c5 vettes for sale 6 months ago going from 16K-22K. They were around 90K miles and a few had some aftermarket upgrades. I was thinking of replacing the GTP.....

From what we have heard they took the wheels off of it b/c they were all rashed up, also the back piece that G had painted was cracked a couple of months ago by someone driving it home from the dealership. Not sure if it was the same dealership, but there is a post about it on HPD. No telling how badly that car was ragged.

Yeah I was one of the guys to go check it out. Someone had definately been driving it home at night because one day everything was perfect, and a few days later it had mad curb rash and the rear fascia had been torn.
That thing was beautiful though if you were able to look past those two things. Apparently when the second owner sold the car to that dealership, he made sure he was going to be able to keep the CCWs, so it should be back on stock wheels/tires by now. Hell, I might have to go back out there again just to hear it start up lol
