Default Tested Out New Camera!!!

Thanks for everyone's advice. I ended up with Canon Rebel XT. It basically came down to how it fit in my hand. Anywho I decided to test it out this weekend. Here is a couple plus the sig.

That photoshop'd pic is badass. Good job!

The original pics are very nice as well.

I'm looking at getting a new camera but haven't decided yet what to get.

Played with the mid-tones, tweaked the hue and saturation to get a "fall" look, added some slight motion blurring, etc

BTW, the Z06 looks damn clean!

What setting did you use? I'm guessing full auto. Use the Av setting, set the aperture value to something between 9 and 18 (higher number makes everything more focused) and use a tripod. It is an awesome camera, I've learned a lot about it in the last year.

tripod + wire remote trigger = perfectly clear photos. That is how I shoot for the magazines. When you set up each shot, just snap about 6 shots of the same shot, changing the exposure value between -1 to +1. Then when you load them up on the PC you can select which one had the proper exposure.

Still learning. It has been awhile. Took some night photos tonight with the tri pod that I will post up later. Thanks for the advice. I def have a lot to relearn.
