reviving old thread...
i went to TL Kowloon a few weeks ago. it was fine. not the best i've had, but plenty acceptable. the jasmine tea was amazing.
tonight i went to Pho Pasteur and got some beef noodle soup. very good. i think it might be affiliated with a resturaunt with the same name in Boston's Chinatown... but then again it might just be a copycat since it says 'based of resturaunt chain owned by relatives in boston: http://www.phopasteur.net/
