I would say that the best asian food would be in Garland. HUGE HUGE asian population there. Around the area of Jupiter and Walnut. Any particular dishes you're looking for? My wife is Vietnamese and use to live in that area and worships that food. Oh and when you go there watch out for the ricer bunch...hahahaaha.....LOL..., Oh and watch out for the drivers.....They can't drive worth shitt,LOL, Mainly because they cant see over the dash, or reach the pedals.......HAHAHAHA....Im just kidding.....I Love that asian tang.......

Pei-wei is ****** gross and its also way too expensive. Go to Panda Delight off of bardin and matlock (not to be confused with the panda express chain) go 20 and exit matlock south (right) and then a left on barding and its in that shopping center

pei-king on the North Side of 183, west of central (same exit as CI HOST) I think it is. Over near the harley davidson sales place, NOT The China Buffet that is one shopping center to the east of it.
I took my GF there who has traveled around and said it was BEST Chinese she'd EVER had and constantly wants to go back there now...
Owners has a son named Peter that has a CE Trans AM that is lightly modded. He's on the boards but can't remember his name

i want resturaunts with the feel of the ones in Boston's Chinatown... the kind of places where they put chopsticks on your place setting instead of forks and knives, and you have to point to things on the menu becaue the waiters barely speak english.

Japanese Palace on Highway 80. It's served hibachi style with girls wearing geisha costumes. My favorite Chinese joint is Wan-Fu on Camp Bowie, it's hidden in the complex Boston Market on the back side.
