Ya, Scott said he was going, and with the weather being like it is, I'm gonna head up there and try to get a couple passes in.

I'm gonna try to leave the bank by 3:30 and run a couple errands and be in Baytown by 5:30.

 

We are going. Got the air induction fixed and the new gear in.

Awesome, I've seen the car in the shop, I'll finally get to check it out on the track.

 

ill be going with a few friends.. first time running the LS1 at the track.

FWIW, I calculated the DA with my laptop around 6pm to be right at 1000'.

I managed a new best, but was hoping for a little more mph and less ET :

12.23 @ 114.8 & 1.8x 60'.

LS1Joe: Didn't realize who exactly you were, but you were lined up right behind me (and your wife/GF ahead of me) in the tech-in line. Nice cars . How'd ya run?

I ran like crap. I gotta get some more passes in, but it was too crowded tonight. I was running solid 13.1's @ 108-109.

Best 60' was a 2.17.

I just wish Baytown was closer.

 

Our weather meter at 6:15pm was 2017ft with a pressure of only 29.41. Joe ran a 10.23 at 132 and I ran a 13.51 in a GTO with only Air Induction, catback and tuning. We are going to Lonestar tomorrow for more testing.

 

it was pretty damn crowded. i only got 2 runs in. best one was-

13.32@106 with a 2.11 60ft. it was around what i expected, i could have stuck the launch a little harder. i sliped the clutch at 2K rpm. also need to get tuned.
