Sorry to hear that, sometimes your money (business) speaks loader than words. The last 2 cars I bought I felt good about where I bought, but I did walk out of several dealerships before being treated as I wanted to be treated. Good Luck, I know sometimes it feels better to get it off your chest. The problem is the decision makers do not allways hear your voice.

You know that really hurts when you say that about us. I may not be a car salesman but I do sale. I have hired and worked with many people from the car industry.
It sounds like you were not going to get financed. Even if you had money down and they didn't think they could get you financed they would have sold it.
Honestly, if you credit isn't very good, they will make a killing off of you and would rather sell it to you. Since they sold it out from you it is because they couldn't get the deal done. Trust me that salesman wanted his commision, he wants to sell that car. They will either have you take the car and come back to sign or sign the deal before you leave. If there is a deal to be had it has to happen while you are there.
I may not be an expert but I know my **** when it comes to financing.

yea when i was looking for an ls1, i waited like 3 months searching hard! twice it happend that a 35th ss slipped away from me, but third time is the charm. i found one way cheaper, but higher millage. only catch was that it was in SanAntonio. just about 3.5 hours away. so i call the dealer, give them by bank card number, put a 500 dollar diposit, made sure that guy knew NOT to sell it, then the next day drove down there to pick it up. the dealer told me that when i called him it had been an hour or two since they put it up for sale.
of course that kind a screwed me, cause he knew i was desperate so he didnt work out a deal with me.
