Does MTI still sell the B1 cam?

Default Does MTI still sell the B1 cam?

I was looking at their website and didnt see it anywhere so I was just wondering if they still sold it. Im looking to put it on my camaro.

They might be able to get it for you but I believe lunati was grinding it for them and so they still sell it.

It is good for a mild cam. Not everyone wants to lope hard enough to lose their fillings

Oh i know ive been doing my research, but I already have a race car and I dont want to lose any driveability with a cam. The camaro will be going on the power tour and driven hard and I dont want any issues. I just want a nice little cam thatll give me about a 30 hp gain and still have a nice little lope.

I'd look hard at the C1. It's a "have your cake and eat it to" cam

Yes it does.


We ran high 10s with it and pretty darn good heads.

We ran high 11s with it when we were cam only and stock exhaust manifolds.

It's a keeper!!

The B1 is a very good cam,puts a smile on my face with out all that loping & an shaking

Doesn't the Stealth II put down the same numbers as the B1?

Yes, except the B1 is on a 114 and the T1 is a 112

C1 Hammer cam on a 112 or have Ed Curtis or 93 Pony cut you one that is equally volumetrically efficient.
