I need o know if this looks like a scam or not...has anyone ever heard of this befor, Im planning on making a major purchase but I am also a bit leary of the situation.

Those are all over ebay, they reuse an old listing and put their info in it. Did he request you not use the ebay email???

 

actually no, but it all started through e-mails anyway. what happened was we saw the car told the guy we were interested(through e-mail) few minutes later the listing on e-bay was gone. so we thought it sold (which it probably did)next day we get the above e-mail. well after looking around we decided it was a fake and turned it over to e-bay. Just glad I was able to stop my brother from clicking the buy it now option.

I can guarantee that it's a scam. How may foreign, half deaf owners of first Gen Camaros have you met that don't know much about cars?

 

Yeah, Ive givin up on it, but ill keep the e-mails coming just so evreyone else can enjoy. And maybe prevent someone from actually falling for the deal.
