Jeep srt-8 vs. ss trailblazer

Dodge has gotten MUCH better since Daimler got involved. My '02 GMC truck was nice, but I liked my Dodge dually better. When it came time to buy a new truck, I went back with the Dodge. The GM truck interiors have comfy seats, but feel small inside (narrow). Ford seats just suck, and the dash boards are fugly. I had zero problems with my dually, at over 50K miles. No rattles, no leaks, nothing. My GMC tranny took a **** after 38K miles, how convenient since the warranty was up.
I like the new GM trucks though, they look nice. The next gen F250 also looks kinda cool.

I bought a Chrystler (Dodge Dakota) product once.....never again. I bought it brand new..Had it 2 years with the following problems:
Each line represents a dealer visit.
Year 1
Bad Battery
Bad Transmission
Bad Transmission
Bad Tranmisssion
Bad Battery (I had some kind of short that they would not admit to)
Bad engine ping (they said to live with it)
Year 2
Whining rear
Water leaking in cab (welds in cab cracked)
Bad Transmission
You think Ill ever buy another one?

I was having a tough time deciding earlier this year. I liked the modability of the TBSS, and the looks of the SRT-8. I drove both for long test drives; city/highway and went with the SRT-8. I have never had a moment of regret.
I'm not a brand guy; I could care less who made the car, as long as I like it. I've had Chevy/Ford/Honda, etc. and they all have pros and cons. Enjoy what you drive!!!

Never really been a fan of Jeeps accept for the old CJ's with a 350 SBC in them. Haven't been in an SRT8 but the TBSS is very comfy and the power is extremely smooth. Just needs electric fans and a small blower ~5psi. : )
