Just a few spots? Looks like a fun project. Sounds like the car's in my neck of the woods. Where are you located?

i run it around town with premium gas, works fine. doesnt need the extra octane booster, unless u wanna race someone. .I try to drive it once a week. I stay away from driving at night and in the neighborhoods. The exhaust is EXTREMELY LOUD!, and these tires will scream during take-off.The rear end is geared for the strip, and 12 gal tank probably wont run very long. depends on how much driving u are gonna do with it. And also there is something drawing the battery down. but i would just put a main switch on the battery, and add an extra tank, should be fine to drive around. i almost forgot, theres a very light oil leak somewhere, trans or eng. oil cover. gotta check it again, but everytime i look at the dipstick it looks fine, and oil pressure gauge looks fine as well. I'll check it tommorrow and let u know about it.
I trust the engine, sounds awesome and brakes work, all lights work. The body just needs to be fixed up, needs rust cut out and replace with new metal, and change the front windshield, it gets annoying with the crack in it. and these tires dont do it justice, need some street slicks, i can't hook up with these, i'll have to try and warm them up. anything else i can think of i'll let u know. or any questions just ask.

later

only the parts are worth something. unless you have a shop that can put this car on a rotisserie.

I would give you a $800 for it as a roller,
you keep the motor and most of the parts.

you can even cut the cage out and keep it,
and keep the hood,
