Ya the cash you have why the hell would you buy a lt1 for? Hell there was a good running ls1z going for cheap on dfwstangs not to long ago for 4,000 ran damn good judt had some lil minor thing's wrong with the ext. but for that price and you'r cash it could be clean up real good and then some mods too...

You should be able to find an LS1 for $7k.

Ya you should just have a lil patience, we all know how it is when we finally get the cash for something and then you can't find what your looking for the you settle for something else and boom **** pop's up all over the place...

very true you might have to go a lil out your way to get one I found a **** load on autotrader.com that were definetly worth the drive fly bus whatever it takes to get the car...

Look on ebay, camaro forums, craigslist, backpage, autotrader, etc. I wish I had $7K for an LS1. I wouldn't buy anything else.

I have a 01z with about 102 k on it for 7500. It has mac lowering springs. And a new ran clutch.

ya. car was having problems. was planning on getting a truck. until I found out how horrilbe gas mileage was.
