Default Dumpsters behind grocery stores

Gotta a bunch of **** in the garage I want to get rid of, old shelves. Whats the penalty if I ever got caught say dumping it in a HEB or walmart dumpster or is there one? Can they really do any thing? Better than me dumping it off the side of road some where, kinda like atleast I'm trying to dispose of stuff properly. I have gotten rid of car stuff that way, never got caught though.

Why not just put it out on heavy trash day at your house? I've thrown out all kinds of heavy stuff and they always take it.

I've actually seen people with open warrants for illegal dumping.
apartment dumpsters always worked for me. GO to a "not so nice" complex.

I go to the local elementary school for that stuff. I figure with no kids and paying over $1500/yr to the school district I atleast covered the dumpster bill.

That doesn't cover the dumpster bill, but for that much you should be able to put whatever the hell you want in there anytime.
