David Sprecher
(713) 639-2600

2205 Montrose Blvd
Houston, TX 77006

Just depends on where the court is, Sprecher will only do Houston/Harris County courts.

Peace,
Craig.

I can't believe I skipped right over that and followed the masses about Sprecher. DOH!

I guess ask around and if that fails pick up a telephone book.

Peace,
Craig.

Yeah, he's pretty good. If not Matlock, then Columbo or Perry Mason.

I would suggest worrying less about the details and more about the getting a lawyer. Experience tells me the system sticks it to people who can't/don't get representation. Perhaps try my guy in Dallas, Randall Scott, and see if he has someone in the area. Short of that, you need to find someone to represent you in whatever jursidiction this is, and soon. So if you cannot find a referal, I would get on the web and find someone. They will try and stick it to you, so just count on that and hire someone.

It doesn't matter how many points it is or if the insurance company is told anything if your lawyer gets you off or at least a deal on a deferred.
