KBR is good just to get over there and meet other people, then move on to something better. I've got a friend over there making 130K a year, not sure who he is working for exactly. I was so freakin paranoid after having NUMEROUS close calls with mortars/rockets the whole 4 months I was in Iraq. The bad thing is that I was a gov't employee, so I only made my hourly pay + overtime and they taxed the hell out of me.

lol..you know it's time to take a vacation when you start making a routine of it. Wake up, get cup of coffee, walk up to the roof, sit down, sip coffee and watch the incoming.

Yea, KBR seems to be pretty easy. I may try an overseas contract one of these days, I've got law enforcement/mechanic/logistic/government experience.

if kbr is easy to get on... that is what you want..... it gets the foot in the door.... then when you go to other companies that are like KBR you can tell them on your resume you have been over there before.... will throw you in front of a lot more people then trying to go with other companies and have no experience overseas.
