San Antonio F-Body Association Dragstrip Meet 03/02/07 Okay folks its time to come join the San Antonio F-Body Association for a wild night at San Antonio Raceway this Friday March 2nd. Reminder it is FREE to be a member of the San Antonio F-Body Assocation. We only ask that you participate to be a member. We look forward to seeing you out there...Only $15 to race or $10 to watch!

Yeah I'm local. The tranny died on Monday so we dropped it off at Lethal. It's getting Stage 2 upgrade and fine tune. They said about a week, we might not get until next week some time. I got my 3.8 but, it's just not the same. LOL Thanks though.
I suppose I could go in the 3.8 only the Z is way more fun!

Well just got off the phone with Lethal and there is a chance that it will be ready on Friday! Cross your fingers that it is and that everything will run like it should or better!

If it can be done in time they will make it happen trust me. Several of our members have ties to the shop personally. Last time we had Midnight Madness at San Antonio Dragway I understood they worked until 4am at the shop trying to get cars out for the Sat. races. They are race enthusiasts too! They treat every ride like it was their own...okay without the tire destruction of coarse...hahah!

I don't want them to rush though. I'm excited about it. I asked that they call me or Alex when they tune. Want to be there. Seems like I can never meet up with you guys on time.

Usually I post up the day of and people trip on me so I figured I would get 'er done early. Besides I was bored at work today. We normally meet up on Friday nights every week...check my old threads for more info. on that...
As far as track visits we attend Midnight Madness as often as possible but usually only a few members make a run. Midnight Madess has turned into a 350+ car show with lots of boring rice and long staging lane waits of 1hr-2hr between runs. NOT worth our time. Hence the Friday run this week. Plently of REAL race cars on Friday nights.

So far it is a tentative 0700PM cruise out to the track. We should arrive at San Antonio Raceway around 0730PM-0800PM. I will put up the meet location details on Friday so be looking out or log onto www.sanantoniofbody.com as we already have all the meet details posted for members.

I will be there trying to get a week little baseline time.....does anyone have any kind of ls1 edit type program...i keep getting a code throwing on my car?
