With that kind of ET and MPH in the 1/8th, you are good for 400 to 408 hp to run that fast.

Not bad, even with the tune and what not that you have in the car! Definitely can go some high 6's in it and quicker!

Thats cool, nah man, I started pulling the rearend out last night so i could weld in the lower torque boxes and install my driveshaft loop. They guy at dale yesterday would not let me run a 3rd pass, he said I had to have a fire jacket. I'm just going to leave it on stands until my transbrake comes in and my susp gets ordered. Probably going with wolfe on the rear setup.

I'm really hoping the car sits down in the rear on launch, now it barely even squats at all. But I'nm thinking with the t-brake, it will sit harder.

I thought it was pretty funny last night, the little coupe was faster or as-fast as most trailered cars. Nice feeling to drive to the track, click off some (hopefully) high 6's n/a, and drive it back home.

That sounds about right for your combo.Your alittle down on torque but the manifold your using is for hi rpm power. My old LS1 with ls6 cnc heads a 224 cam long tubes true duals and bullets 3500 stall and a 4l60e put down 360 hp and 350 ft lbs ran 7.4's @ 96 mph on motor. With a 100 shot it only made 440 hp but ran a 6.8 @ 104. That 36 degrees of timing is alot for these motors, maybe carbs like more then EFI motors. Good Luck. Talk to Paco he built a bad LSX Mustang.

your numbers are fine. These guys get these crazy numbers through automatics because they are able to lock them up on the dyno. My camaro doesnt make what your car makes to the ground but made 520 hp on a eng. dyno. So what does that tell you. and I run 7.20s on motor in the 1/8th mile.

Thats cool. I was planning on spraying the car anyways, so it should be fairly quick on the spray.

i had mine tunned today and it only put down 351.94hp with the th350 and a non lock up convertor, and i thought it was really low and the man said that it was good. he said that if it were a six speed or a 4l60e he could lock up the convertor on the 4l and pick up 50 to 65 hp. but he said at the track the car would fly on the gas.
