Its an older guy and it runs REALLY low 9's and i have never seen him run slicks. and its a 6 speed! not too sure if he is on this bored or not but that ol gal rolls out!!

So someone would have to have some kind of pictures or real info on it. It'd be a record holder for Vettes.

I am at the tracks all the time,
The whole reason behind me posting this was cause it got my attention,
I posted several weeks ago asking about it, and sent a PM to GZ06 a few weeks ago cause I thought it might be his car, but just started getting responses this week.
There are alot of fast cars out there that never bother getting online,
There is an LT1 Camaro in Austin that has been running 9's since about 1997,
I don't even think he owns a computer, he just got a cell phone last year.
Fastest 6spd Vette I had seen at the track prior to this one we are talking about was a guy from Austin who ran 9.50's back in 1999 or 2000, and I believe it was one of the first 420+ cube LS1 motors, before anyone else. It was a Black 6spd C5, that ran 10.30s on the motor and 9.50 on spray.
So when I saw this one I was impressed!

There is a guy in the Dallas area that has a 96 Vette that ran 7.90s in the 1/4 with an automatic, but its not an LS1 or LT1 based motor. I know it used to be a 6spd car at one point, but don't know how fast he was going when he changed to an auto.
Its an ORSCA car now though, only runs 1/8th mile, Motor was from FastTimes I believe. When I was in High School he was running low 10's with it, and a 6spd.
