i havent dug a whole my friend, sat will be the real deal. the clutch is gonna take me forever because 1, im a horrible saver and 2 on 9.30hr will take forever

ps the clutch is 1500 installed, not that it matters

how about we'll run with the way it is, if you beat me, thats ok it'll be on video and you can post it on here to embarass me..... but if i win, you will be owned by an STS **** kit owner WITH a broken clutch and 2 gears at best

sat is fine, i played lastnight and she's ready. i hope it's not chilly outside for your sake. turbo cars love cold

i would recommend them highly jimmy. i dont think they've tuned a GTO yet, it'll be the same as the f-body i would imagine in some ways. you should make some good power. Dustin is a good guy. plus the dyno pull is 50/hr. plus free updates as long as you dont do major mods like motor or something. and make sure after the dyno tune, to get street tuned, it'll run even better man
good luck

ya'll should come to the meet tonight, and talk face to face. I have a problem with something that the turbo guy said, If you win you can say that you beat him with a bad clutch? Thats gay is the clutch bad or not? If its holding up enough to keep all that power your making to the ground and you win then how in the hell is it bad clutch You are so confident that you will win, and so many people on here say you will not win, you should place some bets that way you can get a new clutch for free.

im sad too, believe me. i have to get a clutch that will hold excess of 900rwtq for future usage. i need a twin disc so i'll never have to upgrade. and textrailia is even more expensive than that one. im getting it from TRT for 1300 with new slave cylinder and installed for another 200.

we can do a 35-40 roll if you want. prob 40 is better. i'll be brake boosting to get rid of lag. i did a couple of 35-40 rolls last night and the car scared the **** out of me. granted it was slightly cool outside. the lower in 2nd gear the better, gives us time to see who will stretch who out, and if i dont shift at 6500 (gotta love the springs and rods), i will have another gear to run in. 2nd goes to 80-85ish and 3rd goes well over 100. i dont wanna race to 150

thats not a bad idea actually
EDIT: i dont care what the people on here say, they just hate STS cars. if i cared about what people on here thought, i wouldnt've gone STS

but we dont need to race to 150 to see who will win. my clutch made 503/512 and she made that tq at 4500. it lasted 2 weekends, just enough to beat a H/C 100shot car from a 60 roll ( i wanted a 40, 50 at best). and im VERY sure the hydraulics went out. the clutch pedal itself actually comes up as i get into boost. i think the clutch could do it if the hydraulics would let it...... but im not a clutch master

So you can afford 900 rwtq, but can't afford a measly $1,500 clutch job?
LOL, these STS guys sure have their priorities outta whack!
If my math is correct, at $9.30 an hr, you should have around 900 rwtq in the year 2010, correct?

i have other sources of income...... just gotta get ahold of them. im in the army and they give me $$$ for "school" they dont know that my college money paid for a 1k full cam install

if i get back into full time school, they will pay me 850 a month for college. it takes that for a full semster at TCC so there will be extra money. not to mention, i can hit up my unit for some funds too too

lol @this thread.. a turbo camaro vs. a non-longtube camaro, then breaking it down to one gear cause of a bad clutch. 9 pages of this crap and its going to come down to a nicks car most likely dragging ***...in for watching this go down. Hell i wanna race too.. My 93 integra vs. the turbo camaro 1 gear from 0-35 thats fair right??

TCC is a very cheap school. 600 for a full credit semester (12 credit hours, 3 months) and the VA gives me over 800 a month for school. so i fix whats wrong with my car with the left over funds. when i get to UTA, i wont have any left over money for anything. and by getting my unit to pay for extra school supplies, it just gives me more money for further things i might need.

21, and a veteran of war at 19

EDIT: my iraq vacation was the only way i could afford the turbo stuff. i originally planned for AFR 205's and SLP cam kit, but the heads would've taken too long and i thought being turboe'd would be different AND save me gas
