Default Ain't this some Sh*t

Friday night i went to a pool tournament near Magnolia(Northwest Houston). Walk in to pay my entry fee which was $10. I know i was stupid but i had over $1000 cash in my wallet cause i was supposed to stop by the shop that is building my motor for my car and give them the money. When i paid my entry fee i had on windpants and i put my wallet back in my pocket. Well when i sat down waiting to play my wallet fell out of my pocket . I noticed it was missing when i got up to play but it wasn't on the floor or anywhere around me. It was gone. My "friend", an older guy about 45 years old helped me look for it for about an hour while the tournament was going on and we couldn't find it. The next morning my dad got a phone call saying that the guy helping me look for my "lost" wallet had it the whole time. I only see this guy on Friday nights at this tournament. I don't know whether to confront him about knowing that he won't have the money to pay me back or just get even so he won't know that i have the motive for whatever happens to him or his belongings. I have a feeling that if i do something to him he will go to the cops. WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Better come up with some evidence fast and go to the cops with your story and the person that called your dad. The person that called your Dad can serve as a witness. Hopefully the guy that took your money did something dumb like deposit it into a bank account. The cops will find that and he'd better be able to prove where he got that money.

However if you don't know how to contact the person that called your dad; I'm sorry to say without any evidence you don't really have any legal standing

You forgot the hammer or club. People don't usually sit still long enough for the cement/concrete to set up, or cooperate when you try to tape them up

Hahahaha. I didn`t think I was dealing with rookies so I left the club and hammer out. I had a simmilar thing happen to me in highschool. I crashed at a buddies house and the next afternoon when I woke up I couldn`t find my wallet. Well there was a well known thief that passed out there as well. We looked all over the house and call his ghetto thiven *** up to see "If he saw anything" Well he showed up to help and find my wallet and after looking for about five minutes he just happned to find it under the chair that we already turned over and looked under already. I didn`t have but a few bucks in it so it didn`t really matter so much and I didn`t own any credit cards at the time. I got my wallet and DL back. And no he is not at the bottom of Lake Conroe, but we were 98% sure he took it. I would see if there is any survaliance cameras in the bar and how did the person that told you know he had your cash . Don`t do anything that will get you in troubble with the law because it may still not get your cash back. Do the right thing. Trust me I know your pissed.

I am having a pool tournament this weekend saturday. Entry fee is $20. If you win could walk out with about $500(if you're lucky or skilled enough). We are playing BCA rules. If you are interested go to www.thethirstyparrot.com for driving directions.
