You can take DD. Also look into deferred adjudication. Might not work for you but it did for me when I got my speeding ticket.

Easiest and best way through all my experiences is let a lawyer deal with it. They are usually cheaper and will get it dropped like it never happened. Hell, once I was on deferred and got a ticket in the SAME city within like a week, so I took it to a lawyer and he made it all go away for like $80.

I paid a lawyer 50$ to show up for my ticket.. he walks in talks to me, then when my name was called he goes up and says "Heeeey... How are your wife and kids doing?" - Sweeeeet... got lucky there.. but also he told him that I am diabetic(True) and had a bit of medical emergency(False).. I paid like 1/2 ticket price+50$+1 month ticket probation... Got me out of a 72 in a 40 ticket.

Just go find yourself a traffic lawyer and tell him to lie, cheat, and steal your way out of the ticket.

I think it's up to 25 over so you're right on the borderline
