Even though the articles are all about "street racing" that's not why these cars were destroyed. They all had stolen parts on them. One of the guys who had his vehicle crushed was pulled over for a broken taillight. They only threw the "street racing" in there to draw attention to their story. Typical media BS.

Man, that law is going to do more harm than good....IF someone is aware of this law and is caught street racing, they would be crazy NOT to run...all this will create is more deadly high speed chases. And these guys running are going to be going ***** to the wall considering they know if they get caught there pride and joy (for most) is going to get smashed. 
My thoughts exactly.... It won't stop people from racing, it'll just stop them from pulling over when they get caught
