Retarded Mustang Guy + Pic I was talking to this guy and told me this quick easy way to make 450-500hp for $1000 bucks. This sounds like total BS to me, but what do yall think?
The first thing he said was this:
in order to make 450-500 hp...no matter what you need a four bolt main conversion. youre looking at spending 1000$ if you do it at one time and do it right not counting the money to have someone put it on but you need most def new upper and lower new rear end gear(salvage part) underdrive pullies mass air and throttle body i know you are like 1000$ yeah right but really i know some people that have done this
He said that he has done this on these cars:
03 cobra, 1994 vr-4, 2002 gt 4.6, all my cars 1990 z28, and quite a few trucks
I asked him about heads cam, forced induction or nitrous and this is what he said:
i knew you were going to ask that now if you wanted that stuff thats fine as for the spray and forced i'm an all motor kinda guy i believe if you can't make the power by turning a wrench you don't need it but not to get that horse power and now people you tell that to won't believe you but i've done it did it to my cars and i know it will work i mean you might not hit 500 but be close

Whats wrong with all of that? I only have a lower rearend gear and a MAF and I am at 470. I dont even have a throttle body on my car, those are pretty expensive!

Well grammar aside that guy that told you all of that is an idiot. About the only car mentioned that's going to see anywhere near that power is the 03 cobra with an upper pulley and tune you can make 450. All of the other cars would be lucky to see 250-300 with all of that stuff done to them.

I'd have to say he's full of **** +10.....and just cause you're young doesn't mean you don't have knowledge, the younger guys are the future leaders of tomorrow, ever heard of that? and I'm sure they were young once too, it's how we all learn aint it?
