the rule is if the flow of traffic is going whatever speed as long as no one is weaving you shouldntget stopped but like above the posted limit is the law its up to the indiv officer and some guys love writng traffic dont asl me why i never was one as long as you didnt pass me up ialways was hauling butt and didnt run the sign light i woulnt mess with you remember radar picks up the biggest moving metal object first and stay out of the hammer lane they look there first

The point isn't that getting pulled over for 2 over is laughable. The point is that the OP is calling the cop names even though he just pulled him over for a warning. Regardless of anything you might hear or want to believe, you can be ticketed for 1mph over the posted limit. There is no variance or tolerance.
Would I think a cop was a dingaling for pulling me over for going 2 over? Sure. Would I be rejoicing if he let me off without any paperwork? Heck yeah!
