I dont know how it is here in texas but in Illinois they cant fine you for less than 5 over due to the accuracy of the radar gun. Have a lawyer go to court for you and ask when the radar gun was last calibrated and how long it had been since the officer was last qualified to use it. They'll drop that **** in a heart beat. Gotten out of alot of tickets. Helps to know the loop holes.

Stop breaking the law, better yet stop bitching about nothing.

He was still speeding, yes not by much but the law is the law.

Id rather waste 20 mins of my life than 150 dollars of my money.

You're serious? 2 mph is not a good enough reason to pull someone over. It's wasting the cop's time too. That kind of ticket won't stand up in court. So now the cop's wasted 20 minutes of the tax payer's money. Then it's taken to court and wasted more of the tax payer's money...all for 2 mph which can be an honest mistake. Well, that's just my opinion as a tax payer.

A driver will not invariably drive exactly at the speed limit the entire time. Sometimes, I unintentionally go over a few mph's then drop back down to the posted limit. Too many variables.

Yeah, I was "really breaking the law." You've got to be ******* kidding me. He was a rude ******* that refused to let me say anything and was completely irrational. Give me a break...

Don't let the rest of these guys get you down. 42 in a 40 is histerical. One of my friends got pulled over for 33 in a 30 and I thought that **** was funny. He shouldn't have pulled you over, and everyone here should know that.

You should have told him to stop talking and just give you a ticket, then take him to court and let the judge laugh in his face.
