Doubt it's a chupacabra, if there is even such a damn thing... It looks like an uglyass dog to me.

MMMM, I see that thing stuffed with an apple in it's mouth flanked by vegetables and such sitting on my dinner table accompanied by some fine wine in polished silver goblets.
